How Your Order Reaches You

IntelliThrone is a retailer, not a manufacturer or a warehouse. Here is exactly what happens when you order.

1. You order from us. PACEDMKT LLC, dba IntelliThrone, is the seller of record. We process your payment, own the customer relationship, and are responsible for your order start to finish.

2. We place the order with the manufacturer. Within 1–3 business days we submit your order to the brand's US distribution center. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, which is what keeps your manufacturer warranty valid.

3. It ships direct to you. Your item ships from the manufacturer's warehouse rather than being double-handled through ours. Smaller items go via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Freight items — tubs, vanities, most toilets — go by LTL freight carrier, who will call to schedule delivery.

4. You get tracking. Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse.

Why we do it this way. Direct fulfillment is why a vanity costs less here than at a plumbing showroom. What it means for you: shipping estimates depend on the brand's stock position, and orders containing items from two brands may arrive in separate deliveries. We'd rather tell you that upfront than surprise you.

What we don't do. We don't hold inventory, we don't operate a showroom, and we don't accept walk-in visitors at our business address.
